Frozen Strawbeery Cream

2 pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
3 cups strawberries(or 2 pkg frozen,thawed &drained)
500 ml whip cream

Line a 9x5" loaf pan with double thickness wax paper
In large bowl beat first 3 ingredients,fold in berries
Gently fold topping into berry mixture:spread in pan
Coover and freeze over nite
1hr. before serving put it in the fridge
To serve spoon sauce on desert plates top with sliced dessert
Bring to a boil i pkg frozen blueberries,1/3 cup sugar.1/4 cup water,br. cook for 3 min.,puree and chill before serving.

Rasberry Swirl Torte

1-1/4 cupc graham crunbs
1/4 cup butter melted
1 pkg rasberry jelly powder
1 bag marshmallows
1/4 cup milk 2 cups fresh rasberries or 1 pkg frozen drained.
Mix crunbs and butter,press into 9"spring form pan.Chill 10 min.
Dissolve jelly in 1 cup water,chill untill partialy set.
Melt marshmallows with milk till smooth,cool slightly
Fold topping into marshmallow mixture
Fold berries into jelly,spoon 1/2 marshmallow over base
top with 1/2 the jelly,repeat marshmallow layer,dollop
remaining jelly, gently swirl with a knife
Chill 4 hrs.or overnite,ENJOY

Fresh Blueberry Flan

1 cup flour
2 tbsp icing sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 pkg vanilla pudding pie filling
2 cups milk
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/2 cup apple jelly
2 tbsp orange liqueur

Sift flour,sugar,cut into butter untill it resembles course meal
Press firmly into 9: flan pan,chill 30 min.Bake at 425 f. for 10 min or till golden brown
Prepare pudding with milk cover chill 30 min.Whisk untill smooth,pour into shell.chill 10 min.
Top with berries.Melt jelly and liqueur over low heat.Cool and spoon over dessert.
