Hawks Chocolate Cheese Cake

Stuff You Need

3/4 cup-flour
1/4 cup-butter
pinch of salt
2 Tbs-sugar


3 pkgs-cream cheese
1 cup-sourcream
6 eggs-separated
1 cup-choc. chips
1/4 cup flour
1 cup-sugar
1 Tbs-vanilla

Ok,got all this stuff then lets get at it

First off melt your choc. chips in a double boiler.set aside
In a bowl add 3/4 cup flour,2 Tbs. sugar.Cut in butter till fine and crumbly,add 2 Tbs.chocolate.Press into 9' springform pan,bake at 400 for 10 min.
Soften cr. cheese add 1 cup butter,i cup flour and vanilla.Add egg yolks and beat well,add sour cream.
Beat egg whites till firm,fold into mixture divide in half,add the rest of the chocolate into half the mixture.
Pour 1/2 of the plain mixture onto crust,add chocolate mixture then add the remaining plain mixture With a knife gently swirl this all a bit till marbled.
Put cake in 400 degree oven ,the right away turn it down to 300 and bake 1 hr. Turn oven off and let this creation cool with oven.Now when its cooled you want to put it in the fridge for at least 8 hrs.

A little tip: To cut this cake use a wet hot knife.
Turn the lights down low,light the candels,enjoy
